General Refund Policy 

Our refund policy is subject to the terms set by the individual suppliers and tour operators we work with, as each provider maintains its own cancellation and refund guidelines. We share the specific supplier’s policies with you verbally prior to booking, and also remind you of these terms throughout the process additionally in writing after booking.

Please note that our role is to facilitate the booking and provide support services; we are not responsible for or able to override the refund, cancellation, or modification policies of any third-party supplier or tour operator. Any refund or cancellation requests must adhere to the individual supplier's terms, and we encourage you to review these details carefully.

Flight Assistance Refund Policy 

Service Fee Refundability​​

Pre-Booking Cancellation:

  • Before Booking Confirmation: If you cancel our service before your flight booking is secured and confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the service fee.​​

  • Post-Booking Cancellation: Once your flight has been booked, our service fee becomes non-refundable. However, if you experience issues directly related to the support services we provide (before, during, or after your flight), we will review your case for a potential partial refund or service credit.

Scope Of The Refund

Our refund policy applies solely to the concierge service fee. Any costs incurred for the actual flight booking (such as airline tickets, taxes, or surcharges) are governed by the airline’s policies and are not refundable through our service.

 

In cases where our support services fall short of the agreed standards (e.g., failure to assist with itinerary changes or resolve issues during travel*), please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.


*This policy does not cover issues arising from factors beyond our control, including airline schedule changes, cancellations, or problems with accommodations supplied by third-party providers. Each situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness while acknowledging the limitations of our service.
